Privacy Policy

AIAutoPub ("the Service") is a social-media publishing platform and a product of ALTINKEY (altinkey.com). It lets business owners generate posts with AI and publish them to social accounts they connect (X, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok). This policy explains what we store and why.
Who is responsible for your data
AIAutoPub is a product of ALTINKEY, not a separate company. ALTINKEY is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Service and the party you contract with ("we", "us"). Data we collect
- Account data: your WhatsApp number (used for one-time login codes), and the optional name, e-mail, language and time-zone you set.
- Project data: the brand information you enter (name, services, audience, colors, logo) and the posts created in the Service.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect a platform we store the account/page identifier, its display name, and the access tokens the platform issues. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-GCM) and are used exclusively to publish the posts you ask us to publish and to read the basic profile of the connected account. We never read your feeds, messages, contacts or followers.
- Technical logs: standard request logs (IP address, time, endpoint) kept for security and troubleshooting.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent any personal data.
- We do not post anything without an explicit action (a publish click or a schedule you created).
- We do not use data obtained from the social platforms for advertising or profiling.
Where data lives
Data is stored on Google Cloud (Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run) in the European Union (Netherlands, europe-west4). AI text and image generation runs on Google Vertex AI; only the brand brief and the post subject are sent to the model — never your tokens.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. Disconnecting a social account deletes its tokens immediately. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) or a project removes the associated data. AIAutoPub («الخدمة») منصة نشر على شبكات التواصل وأحد منتجات ALTINKEY (altinkey.com)، تتيح لأصحاب الأعمال توليد المنشورات بالذكاء الاصطناعي ونشرها على الحسابات التي يربطونها (X، تيليجرام، فيسبوك، إنستغرام، لينكدإن، ثريدز، تيك توك). توضح هذه السياسة ما نخزّنه ولماذا.
الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك
AIAutoPub منتج من منتجات ALTINKEY وليس شركة مستقلة. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: رقم واتساب (لرموز الدخول لمرة واحدة)، وما تدخله اختيارياً من اسم وبريد ولغة ومنطقة زمنية.
- بيانات المشروع: معلومات العلامة التجارية التي تدخلها (الاسم، الخدمات، الجمهور، الألوان، الشعار) والمنشورات المنشأة في الخدمة.
- الحسابات الاجتماعية المربوطة: عند ربط منصة نخزّن معرّف الحساب/الصفحة واسمه الظاهر ومفاتيح الوصول التي تصدرها المنصة. تُخزَّن المفاتيح مشفّرة (AES-GCM) وتُستعمل حصراً لنشر ما تطلب نشره وقراءة الملف الأساسي للحساب المربوط. لا نقرأ منشوراتك أو رسائلك أو جهات اتصالك أو متابعيك أبداً.
- سجلات تقنية: سجلات الطلبات القياسية (عنوان IP، الوقت، المسار) لأغراض الأمان وتتبع الأعطال.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نؤجّرها.
- لا ننشر شيئاً دون فعل صريح منك (ضغطة نشر أو خطة جدولة أنشأتها بنفسك).
- لا نستعمل البيانات الواردة من المنصات للإعلانات أو للتنميط.
أين تُخزَّن البيانات
على Google Cloud (قواعد البيانات والتخزين والتشغيل) داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي (هولندا، europe-west4). توليد النصوص والصور يجري على Google Vertex AI، ولا يُرسل للنموذج سوى موجز العلامة التجارية وموضوع المنشور — لا مفاتيحك أبداً.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حسابك فعّالاً. فصل حساب اجتماعي يحذف مفاتيحه فوراً، وحذف الحساب (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) أو حذف مشروع يزيل بياناته. راجع صفحة حذف البيانات للخطوات التفصيلية.
